PCTS App is the mobile application of the Pregnancy, Child Tracking & Health Services Management System, utilized as a strategic planning and operational management tool by the Medical, Health & Family Welfare department of the Government of Rajasthan. The system efficiently maintains online data for over 16,700 government health institutions within the state. The introduction of this application aims to streamline processes for Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs) by enabling digitization at the point of care.
